Newest Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician, Dr. Azharuddin, Provides Specialized Care at WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital

Uniontown, PA — As the newest member of the pulmonary and critical care team at WVU Medicine Uniontown Hospital, Dr. Syed Azharuddin brings expertise in managing chronic pulmonary conditions to the Fayette County Community. Dr. Azharuddin is a welcome addition to the hospital’s pulmonary department and Intensive Care Unit.

Dr. Azharuddin is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in both Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine. His areas of expertise include managing chronic pulmonary conditions such as asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, pleural diseases, and lung cancer. He also manages critical and life-threatening conditions in the Intensive Care Unit.
