UHealthe and your health record

The UHealthe patient portal is a secure website provided to patients of Uniontown Hospital to allow them access to parts of their health record. This free service allows patients to review lab and radiology test results providing them with rapid results of their most recent tests.

UHealthe is another way that we are all here for you, making a healthy difference in the lives we touch.

Self-enrollment is now available for patients of Uniontown Hospital, 18-years-old or older, who do not currently have access to UHealthe.
