Uniontown Hospital was recently honored by HealthStream Inc., a workforce development and management firm, for the hospital’s “commitment to excellence in employee satisfaction.”
The “Excellence Through Insight Award” was presented to CEO Steven Handy and Human Resources Executive Director Christa Ebbert after the facility scored in the highest quartile in employee satisfaction and was among the leaders in employee satisfaction scores across the nation.
HealthStream officials said that the hospital “exceeded industry standards” in overall employee satisfaction.
