Fayette County Moms Shower

Uniontown Hospital will host the 2018 Fayette County Mom's Shower on May 23, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Registration will begin at 9:30 a.m.

The shower is offered to any mom who delivered or will deliver between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018. Members of the Uniontown Hospital and various community agencies will provide a day filled with fun and education. Lunch will be served and tours of the Family Beginnings Birthing Center will be offered to any interested mom at the end of the event. 

Registration for the event must be completed and returned by May 11, 2018. You can pick up a registration form in your doctor's office, community agencies, FBBC Unit or follow the link below to print. 

*Unfortunately no guests are permitted. Only infants under the age of 5 months will be admitted.

*You must bring a photo ID with you to registration.
