The Uniontown Hospital Foundation was established in 1990 to help attract charitable resources in support of the mission of the Uniontown Hospital. Under the leadership of a dedicated board and numerous friends and supporters, the foundation is growing and becoming the primary fundraising arm for Uniontown Hospital.
Though its philanthropic efforts, the Uniontown Hospital Foundation will help make it possible to provide financial support and strengthen community involvement at Uniontown Hospital. Thus, it will be possible to extend healthcare to those members of the community who might otherwise be unable to obtain vital healthcare service.
You are invited to support the Uniontown Hospital Foundation. Though your contribution, we will be able to provide more comprehensive healthcare for you and your family for years to come. Your contribution may be used to support a number of programs and services, or create a living memorial to a loved one, or to honor a friend or relative on a special occasion. You may also make a legal bequest to the Uniontown Hospital Foundation as a beneficiary of your will or your insurance program. In addition to helping the hospital, your donation may also be tax-deductible.
